Living Life to the Full is a free eight week course designed to help people face and overcome the problems that are bothering them. Living Life to the Full is also for people experiencing depression or anxiety and benefits people seeking to worry less and live a happier life, starting now.
Who are the courses for?
People from all walks of life, all ages, can benefit from one of the Living Life to the Full courses! They are for anyone dealing with stress, anxiety or just needing help in dealing with life’s challenges. The Living Life to the Full courses can also help people in periods of transition, whether it is getting ready to leave high school, preparing for retirement, or moving to a new community.

Although CMHA courses are open to the community-at-large.
