Our annual CMHA Mental Health and Wellness Education Program summer picnic will take place at the Rotary Picnic Park Area between 3 and 5 PM on June 26. It is a pot luck, so bring food to share if you can. We will not be using the grills. For more info, call 403-342-2266.
CMHA will provide plates, cutlery, cups, etc. If you happen to have folding chairs, bring them along! There are picnic tables, but extra chairs are always great.
Our Friendship Circle provides drop-in opportunities to develop and strengthen relationships, participate in community life, and enhance leadership and mentoring abilities. It’s fun and it’s free!
Graduates of CMHA courses may attend Friendship Circle at any time. People who wish to participate, but have not yet completed one of these courses, may want to speak with education program staff before being coming to Friendship Circle for the first time. Call us at 403-342-2266 for more information.
Each session has a topic, recovery focused sharing, and either an activity or a planning component.
The Friendship Circle meets every Wednesday afternoon from 3:00 – 4:30 PM at the CMHA Learning Annex in downtown Red Deer.
