Dr. Anomi Bearden share the following resources on Mindfulness with us when she presented as part of our Spring 2013 Wellness Series.

The following is a Jon  Kabat-Zinn You Tube video. Dr. Kabat-Zinn is the founder of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. The entire video is well worth watching, but the Mindfulness exercise itself begins at about 24 1/2 minutes.
