Register Now for Living Life Evening Four Week Course in March
Living Life to the Full will be offered as a four week course on Wednesday evenings beginning March 1 at the CMHA Learning Annex in downtown Red Deer.
Living Life to the Full is intended for anyone. It is a fun and engaging course that provides people from all walks of life with effective tools to maximize their ability to manage life’s challenges. Each 90-minute session focuses on one topic or the three hour session focuses on two topics.
Trained and certified facilitators will teach materials and lead group activities to help you practice different skills or strategies. The sessions are designed to help participants identify problem areas and give them the tools and skills to make changes. Not necessarily big changes, but changes that will last because participants learn what works for them through the courses.
