Art of Friendship: First time at Timberlands Library (and more)

CMHA is please to offer two Art of Friendship courses this fall, including, for the first time, an evening course at the Timberlands Branch of Red Deer Public Library. A daytime course will be offered at the CMHA office in downtown Red Deer. Download PDF flyer: 2016-fall-aof .

Art of Friendship is an eight week Canadian Mental Health Association course for people who want to improve their quality of life by learning and practicing the skills needed to develop and keep healthy friendships.

CMHA offers this course four times a year both during daytime and evening hours.

There is a $25 fee for Art of Friendship which includes the manual. Bursaries may be available for those who need them. Course attendance is limited to 8 to 12 participants.
